"Booking was fine, support took a bit"
Booking went through smoothly, maybe took around 5 minutes. The only downside was customer support was a bit slow to get back to me, probably waited about half an hour or so. Nothing major, but could’ve been quicker.

"Decent price without the usual booking nonsense"
I booked through Sunlover Reef Cruises the price was solid compared to a few other sites I checked. And thank goodness, because I’m so over travel sites making the price look cheap and then suddenly adding random fees at the end like it’s a fun little surprise. This one was straightforward and easy enough to use.
For what we paid, I was happy with it. Nothing super fancy or life-changing, but it did the job and didn’t mess me around, which apparently is all I ask for these days. I’d use them again if the deal was right.

"Such an amazing day out on the reef"
I had such a wonderful day out on the reef! The snorkeling was absolutely amazing, the crew were so friendly and welcoming, and the reef itself looked unreal. It was such a fun and beautiful experience, and I left feeling really happy I went.

"Nice trip, food was decent too"
Had a nice trip overall, nothing too fancy, but comfortable enough. The food onboard was actually good, and the amenities were nice, definitely made the ride feel a bit easier.

"The place was decent and clean enough, so..."
The place was decent and clean enough, so no major complaints there. But some of the gear felt old and like it hadn’t been checked in a while. i’m kind of tired of having to point this stuff out when it should just be part of the basic upkeep.

"Nice day out, but be prepared for delays"
Overall, it was a nice day and I’m glad I went, but the tour didn’t feel super organised. Our pickup was quite late, so I’d definitely suggest not planning anything too tightly afterward and bringing a bit of patience. If you’re okay with a slower start, it can still be an enjoyable experience.

"Really nice staff"
I was a little unsure at first, but the staff made me feel comfortable right away. They were super friendly, and at the same time really professional, which I appreciated a lot.
